Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. KC Legends offers flexible payment plans for annual Club Premiere and Elite64 enrollments. Families can split the annual fee into monthly installments. Contact our office at info@kclegends.com to set up a payment plan.
Are financial assistance or scholarships available?
Yes. KC Legends is committed to making soccer accessible to all families regardless of financial circumstances. We offer need-based financial assistance for competitive programs. Contact us confidentially at info@kclegends.com to learn more.
What is included in the annual competitive team fee?
Annual fees for Club Premiere and Elite64 include: coaching fees, league registration, field time, and club administration. Costs not included: tournament entry fees, travel expenses (hotels, meals), uniforms, and personal equipment. We provide a detailed cost estimate at the start of each season.
What is the refund policy?
For seasonal programs (HappyFeet, Jr. Legends, 4v4, Camps): full refund if requested 14+ days before the start date; 50% refund 7–13 days before; no refund within 7 days. For annual programs (Club Premiere, Elite64): refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact the office for details.
Are there sibling discounts?
Yes. Families with two or more children enrolled in eligible programs receive a discount. Please contact our office at info@kclegends.com or call (913) 851-9898 x222 for current sibling discount rates.
Why doesn't Club Premiere or Elite64 show a set price?
Competitive team fees vary by age group, tournament schedule, and travel requirements each season. We provide detailed pricing at the start of enrollment after tryouts. This ensures the fee reflects the actual season commitments for your child's age group — no hidden costs added later.
